How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our glassware is handcrafted on an individual basis, each pint requires its own care and attention to detail. Currently, we have an average turnaround time of 4-10 days. Depending on order size and time of year, lead times may vary. If your order takes longer than 10 days to fulfill, you will be notified by email with a more accurate timeline.

How do you pack and ship your glassware?

All of our glassware arrives nestles in a bed of straw and wrapped tightly in bubble wrap before being placed in a heavy duty mailer. We have a high success rate with this shipping technique and guarantee the safe arrival of your piece(s). In the event an item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and email me for a replacement. Replacements need to be within one week after the shipment arrives. If something does go wrong, don't worry! We will take care of you!

Are the pints safe to put in the freezer, what about hot water?

Yes! Borosilicate glass is an extremely durable material making it safe to both freeze and use hot water in your glass.

What is the best way to clean those tough spots?

To keep your pint clean and sparkling, we recommend rinsing and washing immediately after use. Sometimes life happens though and with all those curvy edges and tapered waistlines, it can be tricky to clean water spots and dried on liquids. If a stain has dried onto your glass, swirl a mixture of 90% isopropyl alcohol rub, coarse sea salt, and hot water in the cup. Any remaining spots should come right out. Dry after use to prevent water stains. 

How many fluid ounces fit in your glassware?

All of the glassware is handmade to order and varies slightly from piece to piece. Volume is an extremely important aspect to cup making and although each piece is unique, we guarantee all of our work to fit the volume stated in the product description. Every glass gets measured and goes through a strict quality control process. We do our very best to only send out work that we would be happy to receive ourselves. 

Are they dishwasher safe?

Absolutely! Our pints are made out of borosilicate glass which is both durable and can withstand high temperatures. Give your pint adequate room in the dishwasher to avoid clinking and there should not be any problems! Although our pints are safe to go into the dishwasher, please note that any stemware or footed vessel should be washed by hand due to their delicate nature.
